We have enabled granular and consistent success/failure/pending statuses across payments, registration, execution or revoke of mandates. You can either get a callback for status updates or ping for the latest value. You can also define multiple callback URLs to better segregate alerts. So whether it is a customer who revokes their mandate or Setu auto-triggering mandate execution, you will always be in the know.
We pass on information about all error categories and descriptions made available by NPCI, so that you can assess the performance of your mandate payment flows.
We handle any failures in a smart way too, with in-built retries to improve conversions to a successful state. We also utilise, the data we get on bank performance, so we can optimise retries to be triggered at the time when bank systems are less overloaded.
We also have APIs specifically tailored to merchant aggregators, who want additional information about the performance of their merchants.

We allow intent-based mandate registrations on Android and a customisable app drawer view for iOS, where a customer can choose the app they want to use for managing their mandate
We let you utilise TPV as an add on feature to mandate registration, where you can customise the logic we should use to give a yes/no response to whether the bank account can be used for future payment— this can be used as an input for mandate registration.
We support specific use cases that your business category needs, like blocking customer initiated mandate revoke for lending category or supporting a high execution limit for investment SIPs.
Also, as shared before, we enable all the above with detailed statuses and optimal error handling, so that you are able to achieve your business goals more smoothly.
