Setu may use the services of third parties, such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, that offer analytics and tracking technology services. By accessing Setu’s services, you consent to the collection of information about your use of the website by these third party vendors.

Further, we limit access to your information to those of our employees and advisors who have a need to know such information.

We store your information using the Amazon Web Services cloud platform (whose privacy policy is available here) solely on their servers located within India.

We may periodically update this policy, and it is your responsibility to check this page frequently in order to stay up to date with changes. The date of the current version is mentioned at the top of this page. In case of any significant and material changes to this policy, we may email you to explain the changes.


7. Review of information and withdrawal of consent

You may review any information which you provide to us. In case any personal or sensitive personal information you provide to us is found to be inaccurate or deficient, you may correct or amend such information. You may also revoke consent to the collection of information going forward, and ask us to delete information you have provided to us. 8. Data retention

As permitted under applicable law, we may retain your information even after you terminate use of the Services. However, such information will continue to be processed as required by law and in accordance with this policy.


9. Data Destruction and security

Your information collected during your usage of the Services is purged after termination of the Services, provided that we are not required to retain your information under applicable law. Setu has in place a robust Data Disposal Policy which governs how your information is purged from our systems when required.

We use commercially reasonable and legally required precautions to preserve the integrity and security of your information against loss, theft, unauthorised access, disclosure, reproduction, use or amendment. Setu assumes no liability for any disclosure of information due to errors in transmission, unauthorised third party access or other acts of third parties that occur despite taking requisite precautions, or acts or omissions beyond its reasonable control, and you agree not to hold Setu responsible for any such breaches.

In the event Setu becomes aware of any breach of the security of your information, we will promptly notify you and take appropriate action to the best of our ability to remedy such a breach in compliance with applicable laws. In this event, Setu may need to disclose the details of such a breach to the relevant regulatory authorities.
